Ready to embark on a day of fun, movement, and new experiences?   

Disability Sports Australia and Scope Australia invites adults living with disability to our free Abilities Unleashed event. Proudly supported by Matchworks, Bupa and The Australian Sports Commission, these days mark the initial steps in the active journey of an adult living with disability. Each event aims to motivate and enable participants to discover local active opportunities within a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a variety of sport and active recreation activities on the day.  

How the day will look

Participants will be split into smaller groups upon registration. After a welcome at 1:30 PM, they will rotate across 4-6 stations. These activities will consist of modified sport and active recreation with the use of adaptive equipment to suit the participants.
