Activate Inclusion Sports Day Shepparton Ages 5 - 18 years

Disability Sports Australia invites all students living with a sensory, physical or intellectual disability to the FREE Activate Inclusion Sports Day.

Proudly supported by VicHealth and delivered by Disability Sports Australia - the event is designed to provide students aged 5-18 with the opportunity to experience mainstream sports in a positive and inclusive environment, with the use of adaptive equipment.

Participants will experience a variety of modified sporting activities on the day, to be facilitated by specialised coaches with the support of students from local universities and community organisations.

Prior to the Activation Inclusion event, Disability Sports Australia asks each student to complete a questionnaire form either online here or the downloadable version here. This enables Disability Sports Australia to improve service quality delivery and cater to the needs of all participants.

Disability Sports Australia recommends the questionnaire and media consent form be sent to parents/guardians along with permission notes. Each student must complete the questionnaire prior to the event (with assistance as required) and provide a media consent form on the day.
